PedalCell to participate in Washington D.C. IOT Conference
On June 13th, 2017, PedalCell will represent Northwestern University’s “Garage” at the Digital Commerce and Consumer Protection Subcommittee’s Internet of Things (IOT) Conference. The Internet of Things refers to the rapidly growing sensor-driven and internet-connected device sector and how these gadgets communicate over the web.
Hosted at the Rayburn Foyer, the exposition aims to “demonstrate the benefits of IOT, and further understand its application in the business sector, #SubDCCP members have invited companies from their districts to display their products and services and discuss how adoption of this cutting-edge technology is changing the way they do business” (TECC Website).
Team members Vishaal Mali, Adam Hokin, Andrew Brown, and Christoph Aigner will represent PedalCell alongside the conference’s other couple dozen companies. Hokin, COO, stated, “This is an excellent opportunity to show committee members how PedalCell can benefit a city’s image and an individual’s mindset towards green energy. It’s crazy how our team will be standing next to these other phenomenal companies! We’re honored to be a part of this great expo”.
The Conference will be held on Tuesday, June 13th, from 9-11 a.m. EST and will be streamed live on the House Committee on Energy and Commerce’s Facebook page. Be sure to tune-in!
