Shipping policy

PedalCell LLC ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.pedalcell.com) ("Website").

By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. 

3. Delivery Terms

3.1 Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days. 

3.2 Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4-10 days for Expedited speed and 15-25 days for Standard speed. 

3.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of the order.
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours (CST), except on national USA holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

3.4 Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

3.5 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.

3.6 Lost Shipments
We will deem a shipment lost after 20 days of no shipping carrier updates for domestic USA shipments. For all other areas, the shipment will be deemed lost after 30 days of no shipping carrier updates. If the delivery has exceeded these forecasted times, please contact us to conduct an investigation. We will dispatch a new order free of charge in the case of a lost shipment. Failed delivery attempts do not count as a lost shipment. In the case of a failed delivery, you must reach out to the carrier to retrieve the package. We will provide shipment information to retrieve a failed delivery if the information is requested. You must actively track your packages to ensure that no additional action is needed. Note that a shipment abandoned at customs is not considered lost. In the case of international orders, we supply the destination country's customs office with the contact information used on the order. Your local customs office may require additional action from you if you're located outside the USA. You're responsible for communicating with your local customs office to ensure that your shipment clears into your country. Check with your local customs office for up-to-date policies. Our team is available if assistance is needed.

3.7 Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

3.8 Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. 

4. Duties & Taxes

4.1 USA Taxes
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the Website for shipments with a United States address.

4.2 International Import Duties & Taxes
PedalCell LLC provides the option to prepay duties, taxes, and any additional customs fees at checkout for nearly all countries outside the USA (list of exceptions below). You will not have to pay additional fees before receiving your package if you choose this option. However, if there is an issue, contact us at info@pedalcell.com, and we can look into it. Countries that do not have duties and taxes calculated at checkout are Russia, Ukraine, Macau, Venezuela, Greece, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Egypt, Armenia, Armenia, North Macedonia, Iceland, Greenland, and Kazakhstan.

We also provide an option to not prepay duties and taxes at checkout. If you choose not to prepay these fees, you will be responsible for any additional import fees and clearing the package through your customs office. An international shipping FAQ is here.

5. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

6. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

7. Lost and Damages

7.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

7.2 Process for parcel lost in transit
We will process a replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
